Terms and Conditions

Cancellation: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Neighbours: Please respect our neighbours and keep quiet in the staircase when coming to the apartment. 

Parties: Parties are not allowed in the apartment and No loud noise after 11pm. Keep it down to a minimum (Any guest who does not comply with this rule will be evicted from the apartment immediately with no refund). 

Smoking: No smoking in the whole building except the balconies. If you do smoke, close the balcony door and do not throw cigarette butts down the balcony on the street/courtyard. 

Duration of Stay:  Only guests present at check-in are allowed in the penthouse (unless agreed upon otherwise before check-in)

Damage: Any damage in the apartment is the responsibility of the registered guest. Any costs associated with repair / replacement will be charged.Hide

Pets: Pets are not allowed inside of the apartment.

Event: Event is allowed if all it meets with all our requirements.

Luggage: Our Tbilisi Bliss Penthouse has NO ELEVATOR and it is on the 7th floor, but upon request we provide service to carry your luggage up and down the stairs.

Check in: After 15:00     Check Out: 11:00 (it is possible to request for late check-out if the apartment is available.
